Returns

We want you to love your Chill Sea pieces. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

How it works

1. Email support@chillseastore.com within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply with simple return instructions.
3. Once your item is received and inspected, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
• Final-sale or made-to-order items may not be eligible.

Damaged or incorrect item

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund.
